A New Way is a home-brewed acoustic folk-punk duo who take notes from the '60's garage sound, Irish/American folk, Blues and of coarse the '77 punk sound. They are influenced, lyrically, by events around the world and right here at home. They don't consider themselves a political band, but they do sing about social issues that affect the poor and disenfranchised. Their first effort is out now, available on CD Baby.com, at shows, or you can buy individual tracks on their myspace profile.
