Margin Walker

I had written a fairly long bit about how Ian MacKaye and Dischord
Records were my heroes and how false reports of his death made me realize
this, however one wrong keystroke sent my browser back a couple of
pages and it was lost. Maybe I will take the time to write it out
again. It can be summed fairly easily, Radiohead and their new album

Wow, I used to work in Overland Park, KS (when I lived in Lawrence). I hated that place.

Left Arm - Dissatisoul

Click the image above for more info. CDs just $6 PPD (they make great stocking stuffers!) or download the damned thing for free. Seriously.

I guess I never told you the story of how this Kansas grad is a Mizzou fan. My try, though.

For me:
KC: Sin City Disciples (btw, I Include Lawrence in w/ KC).
STL: Dazzling Killmen

So, you can tell a) I'm old and b) neither town has created a "great and mighty" band in a number of years.

Cheers,
Heath

If you count Alton as of part of STL (or close enough to) then it is Back of Dave. If not, it is Corbeta Corbata. Also, take into consideration that I would have had to see them live. My favorite KC band of all-time is Season To Risk with Shiner closely behind. As an added bonus, my favorite Lawrence, KS band of ALL-TIME is Vitreous Humor.

So Dave, who's your all-time favorite STL band? Who's your all-time favorite KC band?
