Proud to be from St. Louis. I've been around the country, and I now know having seen it, there's no reason to have an inferiority complex because we are not Chicago, Nashville, or New York City. St. Louis is just fine, and better in many ways. I like the music being made in this city.
I will say that this attitude city people have about people who live west of 270 is bs. Lots of fine people are in the county, just trying to build a life and raise a family, probably just like you.
I love America, I'd probably be considered a Nationalist. I subscribe to no political party. Unfortunately, I think we're being lied about by our government about 9/11. My trust in our leadership, regardless of political persuasion, is at an all-time low.
When I'm not around music, I like reading. Currently on a bio of Teddy Roosevelt. Talk radio keeps me company. I don't make a lot of money, because I'm a musician. Most people don't buy music anymore, so there's that. Thanks if you do, though.
I don't watch tv. I don't have tv. Never saw an episode of Lost, Scrubs, Let's Make A Deal. I've never seen a videoblog and dunno about podcasts. It's not that I'm an elitist snob, well, maybe a bit.. But I get a lot more done if I'm not cashing in my life in front of a television.
