and i have been instructed to give out awards

Great wish list! I don't think you'll be sorry for having any of those. You should also put the Real Kids LP (Red Star/Norton) on your list, as well as any of the early ones from the Lyres & DMZ. The Saints' first two are must-haves. The Gories, The Dirtbombs, Blacktop & The Screws (Mick Collins bands). The 3 volumes of "Songs the Cramps Taught Us" (not to mention all of the '80s Cramps LPs). OK, I'll stop there. ;)
