Wristbands on Sale, Schedules posted

Time is skittering by till the PLAY:stl festival. We are giddy at the thought of 90 great bands crowding in to the Loop for three splendid days in September. We are also thrilled to be getting such a great response from music fans around the city. It is also very promising that the Riverfront Times totally ignored PLAY:stl in its Fall Arts Guide issue this week. Looking for Volunteers/Interns

PLAY:stl is coming up on September 21-23 and we are looking for volunteers and interns (school credit to rock...how cool is that?). If you are interested in helping us out on those three days and/or on all the days till then, please shoot me an e-mail and we will set you up with posters and get you working on getting the word out, the wristbands sold, the food in place, etc.

Thanks. Jim

Not to discount anything that has come before, but we are hoping that this will showcas… Continue

I am completely obsessed with Dunkin' Donuts, actually, and miss them terribly. When I visit NY, Chicago, Milwaukee, etc, I can only bring one carry on because I'll have a donut box to manage on the way home...

Thanks so much for the compliment!

To answer your question, I was born in Cortland, which is about 20 minutes from Ithaca, best known for Cornell University. I lived in other small town in fingerlakes area, and also further north for a while.

Hey guys! Too bad you hated my comic when I submitted it to you for publication. Too bad for me I mean, since I killed myself. JUST KIDDING, but I have been listening to Sean Kingston non stop. Rock on playback! I will survive!

Hello PLAYBACK:stl! You know if your site had an RSS feed I would add your headlines to the headlines on the Bands and Music Fans group. But I can't find one on your site.
