Soy Sauce (on almost anything, Kikomann is my favorite brand)
Mayonnaise (not Salad Dressing) good base condiment to compliment others (home made is best).
BBQ sauce, lots of good brands but I prefer Memphis style or my own recipe.
Catchup, good classic condiment for burgers
Mustard, all kinds. I love mustard from classic plain yellow to the darkest brown. Each one has it's place.
Hot Sauce, again there are so many good ones. But a couple of common ones I like are Chalula (mexican) and Louisiana (Louisiana style duh.) But those are just a couple of good ones. There are many great hot sauces, which is one thing I love about them. Ever had Pickapeppa? Oh my god. Such good stuff and such variety!
Oh and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, most people over look this as a condiment. But thats the way it's often used. Excellent if you get a good one.
